God created our powerful and complex human minds, and in a fallen world we know that sometimes they work for us, and sometimes against us. Note for the concerned : a few people in the Christian world have been suspicious of NLP at times because, like most pioneering fields, there have been some unfortunate people associated with it at times. Fortunately your NLP trainer is also well qualified in theology, and so on this course we also address any concerns you might have, presenting how NLP is perfectly compatible with biblical Christianity. Indeed an NLP trainer recently trained Jews in Jerusalem in NLP, and the trainees were quoting Old Testament verses throughout the course insisting NLP was all rooted firmly in scripture! So please do contact us if you have concerns, but this is very rare..
Your NLP Trainer: Nigel Pugh
With lifelong roots in The Salvation Army church, Nigel's desire to share the Christian faith led him to study for a BA degree in Theology, and then a Masters in the philosophy of religion which he gained ‘with distinction' studying life after death.
Having explored the mysteries of life, death and the universe he then turned to explore the mysteries of human psychology – of what leads us do what we do, and how to change it when it is unhelpful.
After having himself been NLP Diploma, then Practitioner and Master Practitioner trained, Nigel Pugh went on to complete the prestigious NLP Trainers Training with Dr Wyatt Woodsmall and the International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA). He has also studied NLP Advanced Behavioural Modelling and Sports Coaching, NLP Coaching, is an experienced Myers Briggs Practitioner, and is qualified in CBT and TA psychotherapies.
He has a passion for training, coaching and personal development technologies and especially NLP. |
